Will Beauchamp has served as the Senior Pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Tampa since October 5, 2011. Before becoming the Senior Pastor, he worked for eight years as the church’s Associate Pastor. He attended Welch College in Nashville, Tennessee, where he earned a degree in Business Management and a minor in Bible in 1994. His Masters from Dallas Theological Seminary and his Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.
Pastor Beauchamp has been involved in ministry for over a decade, emphasizing sound biblical teaching and community involvement. His leadership extends beyond the local church as he engages in missions and supports educational efforts through Seffner Christian Academy, a ministry of the church.
Roger “Hoy” Duncan II has served on the FFWBC pastoral staff since 1996. His current title is Administrative Pastor, and he also was the Head of School at Seffner Christian Academy from 2002 until 2022, before stepping down to devote more time to his preaching, singing, and songwriting ministry. He graduated from Clearwater Christian College in 1992, with a Bachelor’s degree in History Education. He also earned his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in 2000. Roger has been married to his wife, Jody, for 32 years, and they have two sons, Connor and Brock, and one daughter-in-law, Hope (married to Connor). Roger and his family reside in Seffner, FL.
Kevin Pope has been a lifelong member of First Free Will Baptist Church, where he grew up and developed a deep passion for ministry. In 2018, after years of involvement in youth programs and volunteering, Kevin felt a strong calling to serve full-time. Since then, he has dedicated himself to mentoring young people, guiding them in their faith journeys, and creating a welcoming environment for spiritual growth. Known for his energetic preaching and compassionate heart, Kevin seeks to inspire the next generation to live out their faith with purpose and conviction while staying rooted in the values of his home church.
Charles Daniel Elliott has dedicated over three decades to ministry, serving as Youth Pastor at Bradley Free Will Baptist Church (1966–1990) and Seffner Free Will Baptist Church (1991–1999). Since 1991, he has served as Children’s Pastor, nurturing young hearts with faith and wisdom. He has also held leadership roles as Chairman of the Florida Christian Ministries Board, Chairman of the Central Florida FWB Youth Board, and School Board Member at Seffner Christian Academy. Charles Daniel Elliott’s legacy is one of faith, leadership, and unwavering dedication to ministry.
Peggy Drumm has been a dedicated member of our church family since 1993. With a heart for service and a passion for organization, she stepped into the role of Senior Pastor’s Secretary in 2017. Her commitment to supporting the church’s leadership and congregation has made her an invaluable part of our ministry. Whether assisting with church administration, coordinating schedules, or offering a warm welcome to members and guests, Peggy’s dedication shines through in all that she does. She continues to serve with faith, excellence, and a deep love for our church community.
