KIDS MINISTRY
In our Kids Ministry, our mission is to help kids find their way back to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.
WHO'S INVOLVED?
Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through fifth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.
Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY KIDS?
Each Sunday, you will need to check your child into our Junior Church. Parents will be asked to Check-In on the computer and print out a name tag and a claim tag will be given or printed for parents to present at Check-Out. Both formats will include your child’s name as well as information regarding specific allergies. From there you will walk them to their age-specific classroom. When you return at the end of service you will Check-Out your child by signing them out or checking them out on the computer and then handing the claim tag to the teacher.

Mr. Charlie Elliott has dedicated over three decades to ministry, serving as Youth Pastor at Bradley Free Will Baptist Church (1966–1990) and Seffner Free Will Baptist Church (1991–1999). Since 1991, he has served as Children’s Pastor, nurturing young hearts with faith and wisdom. He has also held leadership roles as Chairman of the Florida Christian Ministries Board, Chairman of the Central Florida FWB Youth Board, and School Board Member at Seffner Christian Academy. Charles Daniel Elliott’s legacy is one of faith, leadership, and unwavering dedication to ministry.
CHILDREN ARE A HERITAGE FROM THE LORD, OFFSPRING A REWARD FROM HIM. LIKE ARROWS IN THE HANDS OF A WARRIOR ARE CHILDREN BORN IN ONE’S YOUTH. BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE QUIVER IS FULL OF THEM. THEY WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME WHEN THEY CONTEND WITH THEIR OPPONENTS IN COURT.
